Mr J Lochhead FRCOphth is a senior consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at St. Mary's Hospital, Isle of Wight. His Ophthalmic practice at St. Mary's has been delivering the highest quality eye surgery for 20 years.
Mr Lochhead qualified from St Georges Hospital Medical School (London) in 1992 followed by Ophthalmic surgical training in Oxford. He was appointed as a substantive NHS Consultant in 2004.
Mr Lochhead is actively involved in research with more than 40 scientific publications in leading international medical journals. He has significant training commitments, teaching cataract surgery and vitreoretinal surgery to junior doctors within Wessex.
